PAR 2021 Challenge Training Program
Being a candidate or campaign staff member in a political campaign requires skill in a variety of areas from how to get started and prepare your message to how to write your campaign plan and talk with your voters. PAR Associate’s start-up challenge training program, consisting of 8 sessions, will introduce you to the process of running for office, and to all the key skills and topics you will need to win an election. Upon successful completion of the training, you will have completed the necessary prerequisites needed to run you own campaign.
Program Duration and Cost
The starter program of eight sessions costs $37.50 per month. You can schedule the sessions to fit you work schedule, family responsibilities and other commitments. Generally, each session will require about 10 hours of work outside of the training. With this approach you may be able to schedule more that one session in a month. PAR classes are available in person and virtually. Session size varies from one individual or few participants up to 8 or 9 in a session. The 37.50 pricing is good until the end of 2021.

PAR Associates also integrates content from the excellent National Democratic Training Committee (NDTC) training program with PAR Associate’s individualized training to provide a more more personal in-depth training experience.
PAR Advanced Training
Upon completion of your challenge training PAR can customize the further training needed to give you mastery of the skills you were introduced to in the first eight challenge sessions. PAR has these additional in-depth challenge training topics available to continue your political training. PAR Associate’s prior legacy (pre-COVID-19) training included in-depth training on over 50 different political and campaign topics (3 hours sessions, two per week over 16 weeks). Topics from these classes are also available.
