Denny Roberge, PAR Associates’ founder and CEO, has more than 40 years experience in politics – as a labor union organizer, statehouse lobbyist and campaign manager/consultant. 

During those decades, Roberge accumulated a wealth of knowledge about the ways to run successful election campaigns. But he found that too many well-meaning Democratic candidates and activists lacked an in-depth understanding of all the minutia needed to win elections. “Running a campaign is like running a business.” Roberge said.

So, with the help of other elections experts, he founded PAR Associates of Ohio as a full-service campaign consulting company. PAR Associates’ staff provides a wide range of expertise in specific fields – everything from public speaking and volunteer recruitment to neighborhood canvassing and media relations.
